Exchange & Return Policy

Each boutique has its own policy return and exchange policy. If the boutique accepts returned items, returns and exchanges have to be within 24 hours of the purchase and are required to be in the same condition presented as well as having all tags attached.

Exchanges can only be done by emailing within 24 hours. Please include your order number and your exchange-to item.

Please note that items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the unfortunate case of receiving an item that is damaged, defective, faulty, or not as described on the website, please contact and you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

For payments made via credit card, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
